We begin by taking a deep dive into the existing realities of organizations through strategic engagement, assessments, and use-case reviews, to basically establish a clear picture of how they currently work (people), their existing systems and processes, and available technology they interact with or use on a day-to-day basis.
STRUCTURE
This is where expertise is applied. We design structured, standards-aligned solutions that bring order and coherence to information environments. This includes information management strategies, ISO 19650-aligned governance, CDE configuration, workflows, data standards, and reporting frameworks. Every solution is tailored to the organisation, not the toolset.

FOUNDER STORY
Most organisations believe digital transformation in the built environment is about technology. But rather, it is about people, how they understand information, how they use it, and how confident they are in the systems that support their decisions.
Over the past decade, the industry has invested heavily in tools, platforms, and mandates. Yet too often, information remains fragmented, poorly governed, and disconnected from operational needs and projected outcomes. Clients fund digital initiatives but are rarely equipped to sustain them once consultants leave.
STRATAPOLIS was formed to close that gap.
We exist to simplify complexity, restore trust in information, and ensure that digital transformation becomes a capability embedded within organisations, not an outsourced dependency.
